Troubles in Norway/Update on the trial 27.01.03

Just got the official planned dog legislation from Espen in Norway...
Looks like they are going to go ahead and ban the Am.Staff, Staffie and Bull Terrier citing them as fighting dog breeds. It will be introduced to the Norwegian parliament this spring. (Lufthansa Airlines in Germany has joined American Airlines in banning these breeds as well.)

Our lawyer is in the final stages of preparing our case and arguments for the judges, in our trial for the BT. Looks like we may have a late summer court date. Things progress very slowly here. I think the idea being the longer the government prolongs any of these trials the better likelihood that these 'dangerous breeds' will disappear from German soil.

We have much more scientific proof than we had a year ago for the court! I am in the process of preparing a letter for the BTC's of England, the U.S.A:, Sweden, Finland and Belgium highlighting the additional proof we have. The official temperament tests have scientifically proven that the Bull Terrier has the lowest aggression factor of all the affected breeds with the Staffordshire Bull Terrier not far behind. (Good news for the Staffies Dave)

Will email futher news as I hear it.
